Planning a Charity Event can push your organisational skills to the limit, often with little funds and resources available we all need to chip in together!

Are you looking for a great way to invite your guests with no invitations or postage costs? A hassle free solution to managing your RSVP’s or an easy way to promote your Charity Event with a unique URL.

You can set your Charity Event to private so only invited guests can view the details or you can have your event public, just set a maximum number then anyone can come. Public events are given a unique URL so you can promote your event to everyone.

JustBooked/Charity can host free events or can sell tickets to your pay to attend events.

JustBooked/Charity Features

• Personalise your Charity Event Page – upload a photo or banner, include info on type of event and for what charity and add venue address and we’ll even supply the map.
• Upload your Guest List – complete with email addresses and mobile numbers (optional). You can use our easy adding tool from Microsoft Word or Excel. Set an RSVP deadline – the date you want all guests confirmed.
• Invite your Guests – guests can be invited by email from your guest list or you can make your event public which will allow anyone to attend and you will have an unique URL for your page.
• Ask Questions – when your guests RSVP you can ask them questions, for example menu choices or deity requirements. We collect all this info for you and present it on an easy to follow sheet.
• Chase the Stragglers – you can set pre-scheduled reminders to chase guests who have not RSVP’d by a certain date. Reminders can go out by email and text message.
• RSVP’s – you will receive an email notification when one of your guest’s RSVP online.
• Ticket Events – we supply a secure online payment facility for ticket only events. Orgainsers will receive email confirmation when a ticket has been purchased. Guests will receive an email confirmation after purchasing a ticket online.
• Online Management – track your event every step of the way. When the RSVP deadline has been reached you will be able to view your confirmed guest list and all the info you requested. If we have collect ticket revenue this will be forwarded to your bank account minus a small booking cost.
• Messages – you and your guests can leave messages for each other on our interaction style wall.
