Apex Improvements Christmas Party - Example EventNeed help?

Each event will look slightly different depending on what type of event you’re organising. You may just want to tell people quite simply that they have been invited to a party and that’s it. However you may want to tell your guests a bit more about it and maybe gather some information from them to help with your planning.

Below is an example of an event to give you some ideas on what you may want to include

This will be a fun filled evening with entertainment from a local band, Sunshine Paradise and a disco later in the evening

A three course meal will be served followed by mince pies and coffee

Menu Choices
Starter:
Prawn Cocktail or Winter Vegetable Soup (v)
Main Course:
Roast Turkey & all the trimmings or Mushroom Risotto (v)
Dessert:
Christmas Pudding & White Sauce or Selection of Cheese & Biscuits

The dress for the evening will be black tie for gentlemen and a cocktail dress for the ladies

We will be holding a charity raffle in aid of “Help for Heroes”. Any donations for raffle prizes will be greatly received before the event, please give all prize donations to Mike Smith, many thanks
