- Q. What happens if I pay to attend an event and then can't make it?
- A. All monies paid through JustBooked are non-refundable however if you are unable to attend we recommend that you contact the event organiser and discuss the situation with them. Each event and circumstances are different therefore it is ultimately the event organiser's decision on refund.
- Q. How secure is your payment facility?
- A. Our online payments are processed through a secure payment facility provided by Google Checkout. We do not have access to attendee's bank account details.
- Q. What happens with our personal details once entered online?
- A. We take security very seriously. All personal details are used solely for justbooked and will never be passed on to a third party. All data is stored securely on our servers which are protected by firewalls and antivirus software to ensure your data is safe. In addition all personal information is protected by UK Data Protection Laws.
- Q. Is our money secure when held in trust by JustBooked?
- A. We have an Insurance Policy in place to cover all money held in trust. This policy is with Hiscox Insurance Company Limited. Subject to policy terms and conditions
- Q. Will I receive a receipt after making a payment online?
- A. Yes- you will receive a confirmation of payment immediately by email.
- Q. If I am the event organiser how soon after the deadline has been reached will I receive the money in my bank account?
- A. 1-5 working days. We always recommend that you make the deadline 5 working days before the event is due to be paid.
- Q. What happens if the event is cancelled?
- A. If the organiser cancels the event then all of the guest will receive notification by email advising them of the event cancellation. All payments that have been processed on behalf of the event orgainiser will be forwarded to the organiser within 1-5 working days from the cancellation date. It will be the organiser’s decision on the refund policy
- Q. What will I see on my Bank Statement if I pay for an event through JustBooked?
- A. Google * Just Booked. JustBooked is a trading name of Manage My Booking Ltd and our payment facility is provided by Google Checkout.
