How much does it cost to use JustBooked?
JustBooked is FREE for FREE events!
Any type of free events including weddings are FREE no matter the size
JustBooked is FREE to set up events and will only cost when someone buys a tickets or we collect money from your guests on your behalf – Basically when you make a sale!
We charge a small booking cost of 5% of the ticket cost plus £1.00. This cost can be included in the event price or added on top. It’s up to you.
So if you don’t charge – We don’t charge!
How does the payment process work?
You can pay by credit or debit card through our secure online payment facility provided by Google Checkout:

When does JustBooked pay the organiser the money collected for the event?
JustBooked pay the organisers the event revenue minus the Booking Cost and credit card surcharges 1-5 working days from event expiry date, this is set by the event organiser. We transfer collected money for the event in to the bank account that was designated by the organiser when they set up the event.
JustBooked is insured by Hiscox Limited subject to Insurance Policy Term and Conditions
