Your credit/debit card details are safe on justbooked.co.uk. We have safe and secure online booking and our secure server use industry standard SSL encryption to ensure your payment details are secure. When you send your sensitive information to us (such as credit/debit card details) it is encrypted (scrambled) so your information can’t be read as it travels over the internet.

Attendees that pay for an event online are verified through Adyen, which screens all card details. It verifies the details, including the unique IP address of the attendee, the card number, expiry date and the CVV number, and then processes the payment.

The JustBooked finance team has access to personal details so it can authorise and HSBC Bank to transfer funds to the organiser.

JustBooked will never release clients’ bank details to any third party. Plus all account information is protected by the relevant English data protection laws.

JustBooked has an insurance policy to cover all client monies held in trust. This policy is with Hiscox Ltd. It protects event organiser’s funds against internal or external misappropriation of funds, subject to insurance policy terms and conditions.
