Are you looking for a great way to invite your friends, colleagues or peers with no invitations or postage costs? A hassle free solution to managing your RSVP’s or an easy way to promote your Trip with a unique URL.

You can set your Trip to private so only invited people can view the details or you can have your event public, just set a maximum number then anyone can come. Public events are given a unique URL so you can promote your trip to everyone.

JustBooked/Trips can host free trips or can charge to come on your trip.

 

JustBooked/Trips Features

  • Personalise your Trips Page – upload a photo, logo or banner, include the full details of the trip and add trip location and we’ll even supply the map.
  • Upload your Guest List – complete with email addresses and mobile numbers (optional). You can use our easy adding tool from Microsoft Word or Excel. Set an RSVP deadline – the date you want all guests confirmed.
  • Invite your Guests – guests can be invited by email from your guest list or you can make your trip public which will allow anyone to attend and you will have an unique URL for your page.
  • Ask Questions – when your guests RSVP you can ask them questions, for example travel arrangement details. We collect all this data for you and present it on an easy to follow sheet.
  • Chase the Stragglers – you can set pre-scheduled reminders to chase who have not RSVP’d by a certain date. Reminders can go out by email and text message.
  • RSVP’s – you will receive an email notification when one of your guest’s RSVP online.
  • Paid Trips – we supply a secure online payment facility for paid trips. Orgainsers will receive email confirmation when a place on your trip has been booked. Guests will receive an email confirmation after booking a place online.
  • Online Management – track your event every step of the way. When the RSVP deadline has been reached you will be able to view your confirmed guest list and all the info you requested. If we have collected trip revenue this will be forwarded to your bank account minus a small booking cost.
  • Messages – you and your guests can leave messages for each other on our interaction style wall.
